Job description
As Director ICE System, you will have the responsibility to lead the exploration and early phase development of new Internal Combustion Engine concept solutions. You will together with your team define and develop new and innovative ICE technology concepts as well as drive Research initiatives and collaborations, in close collaboration with Product architects, Chief engineers and Strategic Product planning.
You will lead a team consisting of 10-15 highly motivated senior engineers with extensive background in Powertrain development and big passion for new technologies.

You enjoy working with both academic- and industry networks and you have extensive experience from both research as well as product development in the powertrain field and you are comfortable in guiding the organization to make difficult decisions in complex matters.
