About the job
Drive customer order execution, according to agreed plan and in line with our priorities safety, quality, delivery and cost. First line manager. Coordinate between different processes and support functions.
Your key tasks will be to:
Manage, support and develop the Team and the Team Leader
Set and follow up targets for the team and each employee
Drive performance and improvement meetings according to Alfa Laval Production System (ALPS) activities
Be responsible for Receiving, Inspecting and storing material in line with GRI guidelines.
Be responsible for Inventory accounting process compliance
Be responsible for setting up warehouse processes , PIs and KPIs and standards for GCC as Warehouse track responsible
Be a link between different processes and support functions

What you know
To succeed in this role we believe you have prior experience as a line manager. You have a Degree, as well as prior relevant experience from warehouse management and production. You have experience from improvement tools e g 5S, Six Sigma or Kaizen. Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
